  • We understand that inviting someone into your home is a big decision. All of our cleaners provide clear police checks before joining our team. We hire directly—no contract cleaners—so you can feel confident knowing your home is in reliable and trustworthy hands.

  • The only item we ask you to provide are toilet brushes due to health and safety reasons we do not want the team carrying these between homes. Everything else—cleaning chemicals, cloths, mops, vacuums, and more—is brought by our team. For your peace of mind, MSDS sheets for our cleaning products are available on request.

  • We welcome all feedback, whether it’s good or constructive. If you’d like something done differently or have specific preferences, just let us know! Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to accommodate your needs.

  • We charge a flat rate per clean, tailored to your home and specific requirements. During your initial consultation, we’ll assess your needs and provide a personalised quote. We offer packages to suit various budgets, ensuring you receive the best value for your money.

  • Booking is easy—simply email or call us! We’ll arrange a time to visit your home, discuss your cleaning needs, and recommend a package or custom plan that suits you.

  • No worries! Life gets busy, and sometimes cleaning takes a backseat. If your home needs extra attention, we might recommend starting with a deep clean to reset everything. From there, regular maintenance cleans can keep your space in top condition.

  • While we handle almost everything, there are a few exceptions:

    • Animal waste or other hazardous materials.

    • TV screens (we’ll dust around them, but they require specialised cleaners). If you leave out your screen cleaner, we’re happy to use it for you.

  • We understand that plans change. During your initial booking, we’ll explain how to cancel or reschedule a clean. Just let us know as soon as possible!

  • We provide weekly and fortnightly residential cleans, as well as commercial cleaning services and housekeeping. Visit our Services page for more details.

  • Invoices for regular cleans are sent on the day of service, with payment due upon receipt. For one-off cleans, a deposit is required to secure your booking. Payment details are included on the invoice for your convenience.

  • We take health and safety seriously. If any of our team members are unwell, they will not attend your clean. If you’d like us to wear masks while in your home, please let us know—we’re happy to accommodate your preferences.
